MISSOULA - The Montana Highway Patrol has obtained a warrant to examine a truck allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident that killed an 18-year-old man in Seeley Lake last week.
The victim, Rodney Louden, died from head injuries.
The Highway Patrol says the driver who hit him left the scene, but later turned himself in.
The accident happened on Highway 83 in Seeley Lake.
Two bicyclists found Louden's body in a roadside ditch on the evening of June 26.
No charges have been filed at this time.
