LA GRANDE , Ore. - Gary Wagner passed for 391 yards and four touchdowns Saturday as No. 2-ranked Carroll College outlasted No. 22 Eastern Oregon University 48-43 for its 32nd consecutive Frontier Conference football win.
The Saints finished the regular season 10-0 in league and 11-0 overall. EOU ended up 7-3 and 7-4.
Wagner, who completed 22 of 28 passes, threw three TD passes to Corey Peterson, who finished with four catches for 138 yards.
EOU's Chris Ware passed for 292 yards and four touchdowns. He also rushed for 107 yards and another touchdown.
MONTANA TECH 19, MSU-NORTHERN 17: At Butte, Sean Kelly kicked a 29-yard field goal with seven seconds remaining for the Orediggers.
Skyler Knuchel ran for 152 yards and two touchdowns for the victors.
